Groundworks
• Pile excavation and breakdown for northern staircase and footbridge.
• Excavation, temporary works, and reinforced concrete works for lift pit,               retaining walls, pile caps and slabs.
• Installation of subsurface drainage and ducting
• Construction of concrete stairs between northern extension and link
• All brickwork and blockwork cavity wall to the southern façade of the                   northern extension building.
• All blockwork cavity wall to stone rainscreen clad walkway to northern lift
• All internal blockwork walls including in plant rooms and existing ticket hall.
• All movement joints, DPC, waterproofing, insulation, and sealants to                     complete the above walling systems.
• Installation of attenuation tank
• Platform subsurface drainage installation and connection to existing                    (Nightshift Works)
